Exercise is FREE for Wellfleet residents/taxpayers.
Non-residents will be required to pay $5 per drop-in.
A current physician approval form must be on file at the Center prior to starting all exercise programs ~ forms available at the Center or on the website.

FIT & FUN WITH JENNY– Strength training, stretching and cardio! Great music & a fun time– it’s a great way to start the day.
SIT & FIT- 1 hour of balance, stretching and light chair fitness, standing option for those who wish to do so.
YOGA- Slow Flow Hatha Yoga. Gentle movement sequences, breath work, mindfulness. Wear comfortable clothing, bring blanket.
CHAIR YOGA- Slow Flow Hatha Yoga. Gentle movement sequences, breath work, mindfulness. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket.
TAI CHI- Class is standing and sitting (no floor work). Translated as "breath work" or "energy work," this consists of a few minutes of gentle breathing sometimes combined with movement. The idea is to help relax the mind and mobilize the body's energy. Tai chi may help to improve sleep quality, balance, relieve fatigue, reduce depression, and increase quality of life.
BRIDGE- All levels welcome.
WELLFLEET WAVE BOOK CLUB- Reading a new book a month and then meeting once a month to enjoy the company and discuss the book.
UKULELE LESSONS FOR BEGINNERS WITH MARY ABT- Join Mary Abt at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center for an hour full of ukulele JOY! Mary has been teaching basic Ukulele for years. No fancy stuff, just good old-fashioned fun. Bring your own or we have some here at the center you can use thanks to the friend of the COA.
